Your Pay
Fannie Mae's financial offerings help support your current and future financial needs. Our base pay is competitive with the market and balanced internally to support and recognize the work of strong performers. And we have a structured performance review process that encourages you to set goals to drive your performance higher and higher each year. Annual merit increases are a means to increase base pay based on your individual performance.*
We recognize outstanding individual performance and cross-divisional team performance with our Cool Rewards program.*
Retirement Savings Plan 401(k)
Fannie Mae offers a robust retirement savings plan 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar company match of up to 6 percent of annual compensation, with the company's matching contribution vesting immediately. We also contribute an extra 2 percent of your annual compensation to the 401(k) plan--whether you contribute to the plan or not--which vests after just three years of service.
